Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a home inspection take?

Most residential home inspections run two to four hours, depending on the size, age, and layout of the property. Larger homes or those with extra features like a pool may take a bit longer. We’ll give you a realistic time estimate when you schedule.

Your report covers the home’s major systems and structural components, including the roof, foundation, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Each area is documented with photos and clear notes, along with a summary of priority items so you and your agent know exactly what to focus on first.

You are encouraged to be present at the conclusion of the inspection at which time the inspector will go over the details of the inspection with you. Can’t join us in person? No problem. We’ll walk you through every finding via phone or email until all your questions are answered.

You can expect your full digital report within 24 hours of the inspection, often sooner. That gives you time to review everything well ahead of any negotiation deadlines in your contract.

Pricing depends on the size, age, and location of the property, along with any add-on services like a pool or spa inspection. Reach out and we’ll get you an accurate quote for your specific home.
